We know that life can seem like a repetitive cycle of waking up, eating, working and sleeping. And that the daily grind can fill our minds and bodies with negative energy and stress. That’s why we created DFHC at Sage House, so our community has a place to return to self-exploration, self-discovery, and sharing a journey with other like-minded individuals.

My first day at Jenn's Sage House, I walked in & it felt like magic, everywhere I looked. Then, we practiced Qigong w/Nicola and she offered a beautiful tea ceremony. Then, before I knew it, Jenn, Renee, Nicola + Maria facilitated & held space for me to experience a deep, profound kundalini rebirthing. It's been 7 hours + I'm still feeling the effects of Jenn's work! I feel lighter. More peaceful. Closer to my Divine Self. Looking forward to working more with Jenn + the lovely Divine Feminine Energy held in this Sacred container. Thank you Jenn.
